Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut Meat
  • 1 Banana, Cut
  • 5-6 Cubes of Ice
  • Mint Leaf to Garnish

Method:

  1. In an ice crushing blender, add coconut water, coconut meat, banana and ice cubes.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Garnish with mint leaf and serve cold
